As an officer in the IDF's behavioral science unit, I oversaw various aspects of military psychology, including organizational consulting, research, sorting, and evaluation both within and outside the unit. My role also encompassed leadership responsibilities, where I commanded teams of 2-4 soldiers and managed projects.
