Assistance with Implementing Federally Mandated Training Program for Aircraft Maintenance Technicians; helped to create the tests required to keep employee safety and knowledge up to date; data entry and auditing of the companies tooling system. Other duties taken on outside of original position: Helped create and implement a ‘Wellness’ program that provides a way to spread information to employees in a fun and exciting manner about healthy eating and lifestyle habits.
