I have traveled throught a long and interesting path in the company from SRE engineer supporting banking integration on-premise solutions to the Product Manager and the head of Cloud Solutions department. At the moment my responsibilities in the company are the following: Management of the cloud products: - market analysis - defining a vision, roadmap and strategy for a product - customer development - leading of product development cycle - leading product teams - development of sales channels Management of the Cloud Solutions department - development of the department’s expertise in cloud technologies - managing the R&D process of new cloud products and technologies - preparation of pre-sale projects - integration, BI platforms, DWH/ETL, ML platforms, etc. - partnerships development with cloud providers - hiring employees, creating and controlling OKR's I also manage the SRE department, which tasks are: - improving of production systems reliability using SRE methodologies - support for the operation of services in 24x7 mode, elimination of failures - implementation of the availability metrics (SLI) - increasing availability (SLA, SLO) at the level of 99.98% - development monitoring systems with autohealing mechanisms - implementation continuous verification process for releases - chaos engineering and DR-testing Key technologies and methodologies I work with: Clouds native technologies for providers: AWS, Azure, GCP, Yandex Cloud Microservices: Kubernetes, Red Hat OpenShift, OKD, Docker, Istio Databases: PostgreSQL, OracleDB, MySQL, Redis, Clickhouse Messaging and streaming: Kafka, Rabbit MQ, IBM MQ Monitoring and logging: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, Zabbix, Jaeger CI/CD and automation: Terraform, Gitlab, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Ansible/AWX Management: ITIL, Agile, Scrum, Kanban Show less
