At Tango Me, I've been working in the DevOps department, but I've been working on lots of cross-department projects. Evgeny was one of the best people with whom I've worked during such projects. He has good and depth knowledge of Kubernetes and cloud providers. He is able to learn new things very fast. In all projects he has been involved he has inspired others to use the best modern practices such as IaaC, immutable environment, observability and etc, that made work for his colleagues much easier. He's very good at self-management and able to work efficiently even without a lead or manager above him. Also, he is able to find a good balance between working on tech debt and new features requested by other departments. I absolutely liked working with Evgeny and would like to have such a person as him in the company I work for again.
