  Event Gallery was responsible for the following components, for the 2012 Festival: - Festival-wide management of designers, stylists, music directors, choreographers, runway production teams and their creative outcomes. - Festival-wide volunteer management including sourcing, briefing and administering payments of all Festival volunteers. - Festival-wide management, comm- unication and associated logistics (including securing of a Collections Hub) of designer and brand collections. - Creation, management and communication of Festival-wide schedules and timelines, including fittings, rehearsal schedules. - Overseeing the logistical and production requirements of sponsor/ partner on-site activations where required and in collaboration with MFF. - Festival-wide management and administration of model casting, booking and on-site liaison. - Sourcing, contracting and briefing of appointed production teams. - Ensured all relevant documentation regarding budgets and financial administration and contracts were accurate and up to date.
