Work closely with Infineon Greater China leadership team to develop government affairs, public affairs and communication strategy, to meet Infineon Greater China’s overall growth strategies and strategic segment priorities. Execute the external communication by nurture relationship with key government stakeholders, agencies and official media, lead the internal communication with central functional teams, business units and employees. Drive and coordinate collaboration across central divisions & business unions on public affairs programs and initiatives to create a favorable environment for Infineon business in Greater China. Develop in-depth knowledge of China ICT system and policies, to provide professional policy analysis, lobbying strategy and communication strategy. Proactively anticipate, identify and manage risks which could affect Infineon Greater China image, reputation and market position, leverage government relations and media resources to support crisis management which needed. Legislatively represent and protect Infineon interests at appropriate occasions, e.g. conference, meetings and forums. Establish partnership program and dialogue channels for Infineon Greater China and global executive to communicate with regards to its long term commitment and strategy in Greater China with senior decision makers.
