      My role at Renewi UK Service Ltd is to manage the full Financial ERP system, UNIT4 (Agresso) in all areas of support and development as well as managing the Bottomline PT-X online payment system. Analysing Agresso system data and working with external and internal auditors to ensure data integrity and compliance. Ownership of vendor relationships with UNIT 4 and a 3rd-party support provider, engaging with them on software licencing requirements and to evaluate the potential benefits of new products and upgrades. This also involves managing the acquisition and usage of technical consultancy – as occasionally required to assist in the delivery of the project portfolio. SME and administrator for PT-X cloud-based system, ensuring payment data flows function correctly and that any issues are identified and resolved swiftly.       My role at UWS was that of the sole Financial ERP systems, Agresso, support and developer. I was responsible for all user access throughout the University both for the smart client and the self service view. Deliver training to all users across multi levels. Create and maintain all training documentation in conjuction with the ITDS Trainer through various different platforms.
