Eveline has shown to be a true HR Business Partner, who is able to think strategically and outside of the box, not shying away from difficult discussions. Within ECCO she has been a sparring partner for our leaders. Part of the journey of HR was to develop management in their leadership skills. Eveline has developed these skills by having the right conversations with managers, making sure they took ownership of their teams. Besides this, Eveline supported restructuring processes as well as designing some HR processes. On a personal level, I really enjoyed working with Eveline, with her can-do mindset and dedication, she was really a valued member of the HR team.
