  I assisted in a number of projects, mainly by writing and revising information for a wider audience. I wrote new texts for the website, summarized analysis results in an article, and revised project descriptions to target different groups of readers, such as employers, municipalities and participants in education projects. This included writing easy-to-read information for non-native speakers of Swedish.

  I was a part of Infomix, the Centre of Accessible Information in Västerbotten. My main project was to rewrite information from municipality websites into an easy-to-read format. Besides writing the texts, I also selected the information and planned the web structure, along with my colleagues at Infomix and the municipalities. I also wrote easy-to-read-versions of local magazines and event schedules.Infomix makes official information in the region more accessible to people with different kinds of disabilities. They work with formats like easy-to read Swedish, audio files and Braille. They are also consultants and advisors on accessible communication. Show less
