In a team of 6 consultants, developed a business plan for a local print-finishing social enterprise in Nottingham employing people with disabilities from the community. We introduced a new product line: custom print clothing. With a strategy to find long-term customers for large volume orders, we attracted local schools to order their sports uniforms from us as well as any additional clothing needed for school events. I developed a competitive pricing strategy for the new production line; Due to the success of the project, six new people from the community were employed; I was awarded the 2013 "Leadership in the community" prize by EY for this project.
