  Every summer I dedicate my time to helping young athletes learn skills and play the game of volleyball. I organize and manage groups of young adults to foster their skills and help them become the best player they can be. I interact with many people while using effective communication. I worked independently and as part of a team and look forward to this summer.Being a player on the UAA volleyball team, I have learned how to use my time effectively and work with a variety of people towards common goals. Communication, teamwork, and leadership are things I practice and learn more about everyday. I have also had to learn how to balance school with athletics by becoming a diligent worker and having a strong work ethic.
