  Joined the On Line Services department on a temporary contract as an administrator, as my first job out of university. As my experience grew I began to assist in co-ordinating the trainers we had situated around the country, and offering training and support myself to policyholders. After a couple of years I took the opportunity to become a trainer, this put me in a client facing role, travelling around the South East of England. Broker & bank presentations were also part of the role. Major improvements were made to the on line facility making it internet based, I played a large role in the development, testing and subsequent roll out of the new system. Show less
