Project Leader het OnderwijsTraineeship en Eerst de Klas

“Het OnderwijsTraineeship” and “Eerst de Klas” were both traineeships for young, talented academics. Trainees worked as a teacher at a secondary school, obtained a degree at an academic teacher training college and took courses in either leadership and sustainability or educational innovation. Stakeholders of the projects included the Ministry of Education, Culture and Science, VSNU (Association of universities in the Netherlands) and VO-raad (Dutch council for secondary education).
