It is an award-winner product designer and globally renowned hospitality thought leader. Throughout my 24 years at IHS, I functioned as second in charge over a period where the company transformed from a small regional presence into a global industry dominator. In all roles, I was responsible for designing and deploying sales growth, operations, and HR policies, processes, and programs, as part of a continuous and large-scale global growth program. In all my time at IHS:• I created and led a global organizational structure from 2 front-office staff to 7 departments and over 100 staff• Grew global revenue by 2,900% • Advised and implemented company-wide restructures in 4 significant world economic downturns to ensure financial stability• Launched 4 international offices in Hong Kong, London, Dubai, and Los Angeles • Instigated a People Economics program to lift the communication and engagement capability amongst staff and stake-holders• Became a pivotal contributor and maker of international stardom for IHS, garnering the professional and personal respect, support, and comradery of the finest industry experts and best-in-class executives• Was a key advisor on the 4-year transition of our Melbourne manufacturing facility to off-shore• Appointed Secretary of an honorary and distinguished Board of Directors, brought together for the capital raising efforts of the organization My achievements exceeded time, cost, and quality goals .
