As a 17 year old, I was promoted to a head counselor and put in charge of not only a group of 20 first grade boys, but also 3 co-counselors. I took this large responsibility head on and learned more than I could have ever possibly imagined. Through teamwork and collaboration we were able to deliver an incredible summer to the boys.
