• Manage a multi-disciplinary team for the design & construction of a high-profile 2 acre public park on Pier 97. The project includes a new accessory building with public restrooms, a concession, and park maintenance spaces. The building will utilize solar panels and a net-metering agreement to generate clean energy without the need for battery storage. I managed the procurement of 7 separate contracts to build the Pier 97 park and building projects. Total construction budget of $45 million. • Managed projects including a $12 million parking garage structural rehabilitation, a $3 million brick façade restoration, and others. • Conduct procurements for the projects mentioned above and others which requires developing a program with executive team and other stakeholders, creating budgets, writing RFPs, and selecting consultants and contractors through an in-depth proposal analysis. • Coordinate closely with all HRPT departments including Education, Operations, Facilities, Property Management, Public Programming, and Security to ensure design projects receive input from those who will be using and maintaining the finished facility.
