Owners: Chris Frick, and Mike DeanI worked as a supervisor, floor manager, and kitchen manager at every location. I've been in management since November of 2001. Some responsibilities I had include but are not limited to handling all food and supply inventory, speaking to food representatives, and placing orders. I handled all labor and scheduling details as well as the overall safety and operation of the entire kitchen at each location. I was in charge of hiring employees and disciplinary actions if necessary. I also worked as the floor manager and handled talking to customers to ensure their satisfaction. When customers were unsatisfied, I would be sure to handle the problem promptly and accurately to ensure customer satisfaction.
