Taught about 120 swim lessons over a period of 3 months, teaching kids between the ages of 5 and 18 on swimming skills, which required a great deal of patience and reconciliation skills, as convincing these kids to swim was never easy. I also was able to further brush up my Spanish skills here as Pomona has a significant Spanish speaking population and many of the kids were either more comfortable with Spanish or had little English proficiency.
