Evan is one of the most deeply committed, thoughtful and resourceful people I have had the pleasure of working with. He was employee #1 on the start-up of the UU College of Social Justice where he demonstrated scrappiness, determination and strong leadership skills, developing and leading service-learning programs in his first few months, and helping to create the first youth justice education programs. Nine years later the College has touched thousands of lives and some of its strongest components, like Program Leader recruitment and training, were pioneered and developed by Evan. He holds himself to high standards, continuously looks for improvements and implementing them, and has proven himself a collaborative and highly respected team leader in multiple volunteer and professional settings. I can unequivocally endorse Evan's character, his strong capabilities and his deep determination to do work that makes a difference in the world.
