  • Started working as a sub-pedagogue in a 3rd grade class until i was recognized for my social and emotional skills • Started working with a 12yr old boy with several diagnoses, who was actively isolating himself in his own room from the other kids. After two months of trying different techniques and behavioural learning, he went from isolating himself to being with the other diagnosed kids throughout the day. • After this accomplishment, I became a substitute teacher for the elder grades, starting in 6th grade and up. - In this period i was deciding what material the students should learn, which was an important lesson for my next step • In the end, I was a substitute teacher for classes with an average age of 15-16 years old - 3 years younger than me. At the time i was only 19 years old. • Held joint classes, teaching up to 60 students at the same time. • Learned skills such as adaptability, empathy, organisational skills, patience, and communication skills such as confidence, authenticity and conciseness.
