Carried out scientific experiments for a thesis dissertation and subsequent Ph.D. Used a mouse model of viral infection (lymphocytic choriomeningitis virus) to define MHC class II-restricted killing in vivo by CD4 T cells and also characterized CD4 T cell-dependent polyclonal activation of B cells in vivo.
