  I was working as a Graphic Designer. Here are a few types of work I was assigned to do, general admin, email blast, designing advertisements, create an app and handle social media postings. It was difficult for me at first as it was my first time working in a company. So I had to adapt to the working environment quickly. One of the challenges I had was understanding the aim of the work I was assigned to. I encouraged myself to ask questions until I find an answer which I did and I completed the tasks accordingly. Another challenge was, managing a few assignments at once within a short time frame. What I did to overcome this challenge was to prioritize which assignment had to be completed first before proceeding to do the others. Overall, It was a great learning experience which I found really beneficial for my personal development. Show less
