  Trouble shoot technical imaging problems and coming up with unique solutions. Train all new Imaging Department employees on all things flexographically and digitally printed. Enhance and increase the print quality of any customer's artwork that required it. Occasionally, design labels, flyer's, posters, business cards, newsletters etc... In depth knowledge of plate to plate embossing. This is 4 Lakes' method of embossing instead of the high cost steel to steel method.
