  During my tenure as a Teaching Assistant in the Ladue School District, I had the opportunity to contribute to various aspects of the school community. In addition to my core teaching assistant duties, here are some notable achievements and experiences I would like to highlight: I collaborated closely with grade level teachers to identify students who needed additional support and interventions. I actively participated in reteaching concepts and providing targeted interventions to ensure all students could meet academic expectations. I demonstrated flexibility and adaptability by frequently substituting both in-person and virtually, ensuring continuity in students' education and providing seamless transitions during teacher absences. During the Covid 19 pandemic, I played a key role in developing the schedule, expectations, and logistics for Learning Center cohorts, contributing to the successful implementation of this program and enhancing students' learning experiences. I successfully managed behavior plans for tier three students, employing effective strategies to address behavioral challenges and facilitate their progress. I also excelled in teaching and assessing small groups, tailoring instruction to meet the diverse needs of students. I demonstrated leadership and organizational skills by organizing and managing after-school clubs, providing students with enriching extracurricular opportunities and fostering their personal growth outside of the classroom. Throughout my time in the Ladue School District, I have consistently sought out opportunities to go above and beyond my role as a teaching assistant. My strong work ethic, proactive mindset, and dedication to student success have allowed me to make a meaningful impact on both individual students and the broader school community. I am eager to bring these skills and experiences to new challenges and contribute to the continued growth and success of an organization. Show less
