I have been able to: • Improve order tracking and filling within one of our highest selling categories. • With the improvements of order tracking, reducing our paper waste by approximately 25%. • Utilize Excel Modeling to re-vamp monthly cash intake and deposit tracking. • Also put in place guidelines and procedures for baristas and shift managers to accurately track daily transactions that get reported to management.
