Carrying out routine monitoring of project activities, Training and Coordinating partners on M&E activities. • I participated as team member in the development of National HIV strategic plans 2017-2022• I served as activity lead and coordinated the development of monitoring and evaluation plans for three government entities – National AIDS Control Programme (NACP), Zanzibar Integrated HIV, Hepatitis TB and Leprosy Programme (ZIHHTLP) and Zanzibar AIDS Commission (ZAC). • I trained stakeholders and subcontractors in Participatory Monitoring and Evaluation (PME) and M&E. • I also worked as part of team members on evaluation study aimed to assess outcomes of the USAID-funded health systems strengthening project called Tanzania Public Sector System Strengthening Program (PS3).
