In my non-technical role I work alongside our CEO to get to know our clients, what they do, how they work, and where they're headed. I distill this information and weave it into our internal systems so that as we serve their IT needs, we're keeping those priorities in mind, and making sure they inform our proposed solutions. I manage our website and coordinate our marketing and PR materials for advertisements, philanthropic outreach, go-to-market materials, social media posts and email marketing. In my technical role, I am our SharePoint Specialist on staff. I work with clients interested in one-time or ongoing engagements migrating data into SharePoint from servers or other cloud solutions, as well as orienting their staff and deploying SharePoint as a collaborative tool within organizations. I work hard to network within our community to represent the Women of Clare House so others learn about their struggle, their sacrifice, and their success through their time at Clare House. Fundraising, grant writing and setting goals for Clare House is also my focus. Our team dreams big, and knows the positive impact our program has on individuals. We want to see that positive momentum spread through our community. Other than managing a staff of 4, I am the bridge person between the volunteer board of directors (10-20 people) and our team. A large part of my job is keeping our directors informed of our needs and goals so that we can continue to serve and realized Clare House's mission. I help connect staff to community partners and then coordinate volunteerism opportunities (like a recent kitchen remodel, backyard overhaul, and upgrades to our donations storage) as well as solicit for monetary donations from our caring community of donors (our annual budget is comprised of 51% individual contributions). Annually I participate in our financial audit as well as our budget formation, while writing and collaborating on around 4 grant proposals per year(26% of our budget). Event planning is also part of my work at Clare House, and thankfully I am joined by a committee of volunteers to assist in that bi-annual endeavor. Show less

As a Counselor I was responsible for a leading, facilitating and preparing therapeutic activities and lessons for a group of 6-30 children from ages 5-14 years old. STAP would host activities in house, as well as attending community based events, where group travel in vans was necessary. I was also trained to prepare and administer medication to our clients.
