Eva has always demonstrated a strange balance of managerial skills of being a confidant and a manager. For some extremely strange reason she can balance the two and encourage the people who she manages to excel yet achieve the goals of the organization. If one is allowed to observe her interaction with employees it is obvious she has a great empathy of her employees while still achieving the goals of the corporation. It is rare to find someone who can balance the two. In my opinion she would be an asset to your organization. Her outlook on life is extremely unique as she has the rare ability to see the bright side of negative situations and address them with a refreshing unique humorous outllok.

01/23/2015 To whom it may concern Ref: The Professionalism Skills of Eva Stewart-Mack's Eva's Self Ambition, Determination ,Ambition and Personality is a commodity that is very seldom seen even harder to acquire such. Not to mention her Managerial skills, Evaluating employees performance provide training, scheduling, while still providing a higher than expected level of superior service in order to maintaining High Standards of impeccable service which will ensure a impressive 7 star rating continually and consecutively. When Eva is on the floor doing all the things masterfully and elegantly all worry of a upper management any performance concerns is absolutely a waste of cooperate time. In short she is a asset not a employee, I would rather invest in her rather than to find a replacement. Which would be a Gamble that few would ever take. Rodney Bearden Vice President Warner Bros.
