Together with our partners, I was working on the implementation of our 360° products to their portals, leading the communication between internal and external stakeholders, and defining the project. I was responsible for developing new products and evaluating the existing portfolio based on our in-house technical solutions. Weekly sprint meetings with our IT agency and writing user stories fall within my remit. As part of the management team we started the EOS process to optimize the company’s structure.

Initially I was working mainly on our SaaS ad shopping technology and represented our product manager towards our main partner HolidayCheck during his parental leave. Later I was mainly involved in the development of new platforms to extend our current business, and did market research with some prototype versions of two B2B shop models. At the end after we entered the 360° business, I became mainly responsible for negotiating between customer needs, sales desires, management requirements and IT options to create the best solution.

Qualitative Market Research Trainee

Apr 2013 - Jun 2014
As a trainee at PBI, I was in the driver’s seat from day one. I learned all about the different aspects of the life of a market researcher and how to make a project a great experience for everybody: for our clients, for our participants and for us. With a solid foundation of theoretical and practical tricks I was able to deal with my first projects myself and became an expert for qualitative online market research – but of course I never lost the hunger for new inspirations.
