DESTINY VILLAGE- TRANSITIONAL HOUSING • Created, formulated and implemented curriculums for children of domestic violence and/or sexual assault as well as mental health issues aged 5 to 12 years old in an after school care facility. • Relieved other Program Teachers from other age groups when needed and helped prepare their projects or activities to educate their classes. • Logistically responsible for outreach, planning, and coordination of class field trips while implementing procedures for fellow teachers to follow when other age group field trips were needed. Morale Committee Member/Fundraiser • Morale Chair for Destiny Village which included Teachers, Case Workers, Child Advocates and Program Managers. • Met monthly to discuss internal fundraising, increasing morale among employees and providing creative ideas for quarterly and bi-annual fundraiser. • Increased morale by creating the Morale Pal program in which a companywide increase in morale provided an increase in internal fundraising and participation.
