  During the development of a new car, I am involved in approving the design of new progressive die, stamping tools and checking fixture , later I do their inspection at the supplier - proposing - of modifications in dies, their management during realization and suggestions for improvement - selection and building up of new suppliers during realization modifications in dies and new parts - analysis of offers from suppliers - ordering modifications from dies and their new parts - writing - quotation, offers for modifications of dies and others parts before validation - co-operation with supplier and others departments of pressroom for ensuring production programme for modification of dies and delivery time - verification and control – parts and dies after modification and checking fixture - make a drawing of modification into AutoCAD During series production I also work on dies, stamping tools, on their improvement. My main job is to design various cost-effective solutions and implement them in series production. For example, stamping parts with less material consumption. Show less
