I assist corporate clients with a variety of service requests and account revisions. I take anywhere from 15 to 60 calls a day from national accounts all over the United States and Puerto Rico, regarding account launches and closings, requests for waste services, and vendor issues and questions. My recorded calls were graded regularly and I maintained an average score of ~93, graded on numerous points of friendliness, willingness and ability to provide great service, effectiveness when using the various systems and tools in the workspace, and resolution of the customers issue. I received multiple forms of recognition from supervisors, and was offered the opportunity to coach and assist new hires in my department on a daily basis.
