  De Rijks Innovatie Community is hét netwerk van innovators binnen de Rijksoverheid. Als programmasecretaris ben ik de duizendpoot van de Rijks Innovatie Community. Ik verbind, organiseer, faciliteer, deel kennis, ondersteun, adviseer en leg verbanden tussen de community, de programmaraad en het RIC bureau. Iedereen die geïnteresseerd is in innovatie en werkzaam is op een ministerie, uitvoeringsorganisatie, inspectie of zelfstandig bestuursorgaan kan lid worden van RIC. RIC heeft de ambitie om ervoor te zorgen dat er op het gebied van innovatie meer samengewerkt wordt. Verbinden en versterken zijn sleutelwoorden om de Rijksoverheid innovatiever te maken. Bij de Rijks Innovatie Community draait het om verbinden, kennis delen en faciliteren. We inspireren door goede voorbeelden en kennis te delen, en we hebben het lef om te laten zien waar het misgaat. Het RIC is een rijksbreed gedragen netwerk waarbij alle 12 departementen zijn aangesloten. We bieden een interessant netwerk van innovators, we leren door kennis te delen en faciliteren innovatie door middel van tooling en kennis evenementen. Het is onze ambitie om uit te groeien tot een netwerk wat boordevol kennis, ideeën, innovatieprojecten, events, tooling, ervaringen en sociale contacten zit.

In my role as implementation advisor I aim to do what I do best, deliver the desired results, fast. Whilst working hard, creating structure and overview and helping others get what they need. Varying from reporting dashboards to registration processes, to documentation aiding the end-user in the application and implementation of a new law.

  As IT Project manager (official KPN role is labelled IT Stream lead) I am accountable for the complete implementation of the IT solution required to comply with IFRS 16. Comprising all activities from overall IT planning & resourcing up till and including solution architecture, infrastructure, development, test management and third party delivery management.Compliance with IFRS16 is mandatory as per 01-01-2019. The objective of IFRS 16 is to report information that (a) faithfully represents lease transactions and (b) provides a basis for users of financial statements to assess the amount, timing and uncertainty of cash flows arising from leases.
