I have been working at Chick-fil-A since September of 2014. I am currently a student at Appalachian State University, but I am still able to work when I go home on breaks. As an employee, I listen and resolve the concerns of customers and demonstrate disciple when faced with difficult situations. I am fully trained in up-front and kitchen procedures and am effective in multitasking abilities. I have been working at Chick-fil-A since September of 2014. As an intern at the HHC, I was given many opportunities to improve my leadership and conflict-resolution skills. As a psychology major, I spent most of my time working at the front desk where I got to check clients in and distribute vouchers. Furthermore, I had to direct the phone-calls that the HHC received. I was involved with most of the fundraising opportunities that our site hosted. I volunteered at the Valle Country Fair and the Masquerade Ball. I spent several weeks at the Farmer’s Market where I solicited money for low-income families. I helped organize paperwork and office spaces and was asked to make phone calls to clients and community facilities. I got to delegate volunteers that came in and was accountable for training them and making sure they followed the rules at the site.
