  Assisting VIP guests as a receptionist in an exclusive lounge. Tasks perform include but are not limited to: making reservations for guests at the Casino Steakhouse, reservations for sweepstakes and all gaming attractions, arrange limousine pickups for selected guests, determining whether guests are eligible for complimentary items such as: taxi rides, cigarettes, dinners, and seasonal gifts. Distributing gifts while ensuring that the guest have proper identification. Performing sweepstakes and gaming to the standard of The Illinois Gaming Board. Handling cash and sales at the casino gift shop. Also, opening, closing, and cash handling of the casino store. Answering any inquiries through the casino call centers regarding casino hours, complaints, compliments, and effectively transferring calls. Ensuring that self excluded and underage patrons do not enter the property while effectively communicating with casino security and Illinois Gaming Board. Daily events are determined by constant team communication in the office and regularly checking E-mails for updates and new events.
