Roman Nazarenko
I worked with Eugeniy in Playkot team, he was an IT/Technical director and my manager. Eugeniy came to Playkot when there were several people in a cross-project command and almost no processes in cross-project technical activity. As a result, he built processes and cross-project commands: techops, infraops, devops, RnD, data engineers. Perhaps, the best qualities I can highlight: * Ability to work in fast-changing context. The only difficulty I see in leaving a recommendation for Evgeny is keeping it brief. Evgeny is a true leader and a talented manager. He leads by example, takes responsibility for his decisions and always looks out for his team. Evgeny is highly productive, a fast learner and has an innate ability to get to the core of any question or problem. He is a hard and efficient worker, knows how to communicate with his colleagues and clients. Evgeny built the engineering team up from 8 to 80 people and put his hand to help other teams in integrating new processes and methods.
