      KlinMak srl: a young company (2014), founded however by people with a long experience in professional cleaning. It is located south of Milan on a beautiful site of 1,000 square meters and began with the production of compact ride-on scrubber dryers. The goal was immediately clear: to produce only innovative machines. Filed a brilliant patent for its simplicity: two meshing brushes, driven by a single motor. The range consists of 22 Models of walk-behind scrubber dryers (Trion) of from 20 to 50 l and from 40 to 70 cm of cleaning track, all lithium, and a ride-on model of 80 l and 65 cm (HiLo) .       Until mid-2010 I was mainly involved in the Sales and Marketing area, redefining brand and private label strategies, re-segmenting and repositioning the assortment, as well as strengthening the direct and indirect sales force. Personally, I carried on an intense activity of acquiring new customers and developing the new Scrubber Dryer Division, achieving a significant turnover. From the second half of 2010 until mid-2012 I worked on adding the new management system, revising all the processes and the company layout; in parallel I started a project of cost reduction and of profound improvement of the after-sales service, drastically reducing the average time for setting up spare parts. The overall restructuring led to a significant reduction in circulating inventory and an increase in overall efficiency. Although with the difficulties generated by a market in sharp decline, the company resumed a virtuous path, producing double digit EBITDA at the end of 2012. Show less
