AS ECOSS Program director I supervised most of the Multicultural Outreach and Community engagement Programs. Other activities included:•Responsible for strategic planning and visioning, program development, budgeting, overall strategy and ensuring the program emphasizes equity and serving historically marginalized communities.•Identify and work with partners to secure multiple sources of funds for mission delivery and implementation of the program.•Identify, develop, and cultivate high-level partnerships and key relationships with public agency, academic, non-governmental organizations, civic leaders, funders and other partners.•Design and implement community engagement processes that ensure equity in participation and that all voices are heard and input is integrated into plans, designs, construction and stewardship.•Manage both complex projects, programs, staff, and budgets and created strategic and coherent vision for long-term leadership•Build proposals for contracts and grants, built strategic partnership. Responsible for contract negotiation and administration•Manage and supervise staff on more than 20 government contracts and grants•Provide program leadership and direction on Resource conservation, Environmental equity and Clean energy programs. Aligned plans and activities with broader strategy and mission. •Work with program staff to develop workplans based on contract and grant deliverables.•Supervise six program staff and participated on hiring, training, and provided professional development guidance, and evaluation. •Participate and played key role on organization annual budgeting process.•Launch the Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI) initiative•Member of the Senior Management Team.
