  Mastoro is a Shona (Bantu, Zimbabwe) word which means “stores”. That’s exactly what Mastoro Online Shop is, a shop of stores, a shop of shops. We exist to connect buyers and suppliers. Our mission is to ensure that customers get the right products the most convenient way whilst expanding suppliers’ markets to areas that may otherwise have been difficult to reach. We are therefore providing a platform which functions as a marketplace. We are giving customers the ability to buy anything in places they may never visit and suppliers the opportunity to sell to more countries without having to open another branch. Suppliers register their shops and products on our platform, and they can sell their products directly to customers who also have their personal accounts. Mastoro regulates the transactions, protecting both the customer and the supplier. When a customer makes a purchase, the money goes to Mastoro and when the product is delivered to the client, we pay the supplier. Mastoro offers shipping and clearance services for products bought on the platform. We offer both international and local shipping services. Mastoro is beginning with suppliers’ shops in China and customers in Zimbabwe. Mastoro has offices and agents in both countries.
