• Prevention, analysis of Hazards, Risks & Accidents caused by processes and activities in the manufacture of PAC products. • Make sure that suitable personal protective equipment is available and being used as required.• Conducts Safety Risk-hazard Assessments.• Maintains and helps in the maintenance of an efficient accident record system and coordinates actions taken by supervisors to eliminate accident causes.• Provides assistance to government agencies to conduct safety and health inspections or any related programs inside the plant.• Prepare and submit SHE Patrol reports.• Monitor and maintain FFE (Fire Fighting Equipment)• Conducts testing of FFE with the support of related agencies or personnel.• Monitor and control issuance of PPE.• Ensure Submit annual report to DOLE• Ensure SHE Patrol were conducted with the Top Management• Ensure Work Environment Measurement will be conducted• ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 Auditor.
