I had the opportunity to work with Eugene at Xytronix Research & Design. Eugene is an extremely capable manager and teacher. While working at Xytronix I had a very basic understanding of electronics. Eugene was able to provide a very detailed description of many procedures at a level that was perfectly tailored for my skill set and learning style.

Eugene is an extremely talented engineer who emphasizes quality in all that he does. He is highly intelligent with a wide-ranging experience that he applies very well. He is also very capable in written and oral communication and understands finances. After nearly 30 years in engineering and management, Eugene is one of the top performers with whom I have had the privilege to work.
