Tasked with presenting the final draft of an ancillary up-sell engine. This is a machine learning project that aims to predict customer propensity to make additional secondary purchases after a primary purchase. Worked with PySpark, Amazon S3, LightGBM Classification I have also managed the clients in their Indonesian and Chinese subsidiary for a data-continuity dashboard project on each front. The goal was to transform client’s per-batch data delivery into per-second data delivery with full range of observation up to yearly. As a student mentor, I worked with fellow mentors from JPM to educate a team of secondary school students with methodical steps towards Design Thinking, while also imparting them with valuable STEM skills to help them translate ideas into tangible prototypes. As one of the pioneering members in the digital lab, I've assisted my supervisors in setting up for test-driven-developments and in management of its general functions. Part of my day-to-day work entails communicating with internal departments to identify their operational pain points and to suggest, lead, and follow through digital ideas to solve them. As a bridge between global & APAC HQ, we provide curated dashboards to help them make better sense of regional business data.
