The company operated with a primary listing on the Oslo Stock Exchange prior to undertaking a secondary listing on London AIM in September 2012. I was part of the senior management team which undertook the listing and then subsequently sold the entire business in September 2013 to a private equity backed buyer at a significant premium to the then market cap.
