I had the pleasure to work with Eero in very demanding surroundings when launching a new HW product globally. Eero was our first employee and the workload in the beginning was huge. Eero was able to manage that and he created processes around the company which helped us to manage daily tasks during the storms. Not only he was putting fires out but also developing many things.
