Ettienne worked in a number of roles in Absa Banks Wealth division from 2012 to 2021. One of these roles was that of Business Manager in the Pretoria office, and in this role Ettienne reported to me as the Senior Business Manager from August 2018 to July 2020, when a company restructure brought about a change of roles and reporting lines. During this time, Ettienne displayed a range of very positive qualities including being hard working, completely dependable, trustworthy, competent and a solid team player. In addition, Ettienne has a keen intellect and a good sense of humour (which I believe is an essential attribute both in and outside of the workplace).
