  LEADERSHIP / TEACHING AND LEARNING Presenting a workshop on Māori and Pasifika Learners at NZACT conference Christchurch 2023 Developed Kāhui Ako 5-year plan for local curriculum using MOE PLD funding. Led consultation to gather kaiako, ākonga, and community voices on Kāhui Ako local curriculum and developed supporting website. Facilitation of Kāhui Ako collaborative Hui for ANZ histories and community engagement. Developing a network of community leaders, mana whenua, academics, and expert partners for ANZ histories and local curriculum. Initiated and co-developed the Junior Social Studies literacy programme. Led cross-curricular Social Studies / English Literacy planning. Wrote, revised, and led consultation across Kāhui Ako for implementation of High Expectation Teacher rubric. Endorsed inclusive open entry policy for Social Science faculty courses.
