    • Co-Creator

In the run-up to 2016 Philippine National Elections, I co-created a voter education web app that matches voters' to the candidate they should vote for. This was done by asking voters to take a stand on issues, giving unbiased information on the various details of each topic. We tallied the candidates' stands on issues through press releases, news reports and official correspondence with the political parties. With a click, the voter can see which candidate matches his or her view on how the country should be run. I am a self-proclaimed tinkerer and crafter, and this led me to develop seed paper – 100% recycled, handmade paper with seeds that can grow actual plants. This invention has been featured in various media including the Philippine Star, Entrepreneur.ph, Yahoo! Philippines and NET25. The product was distributed mostly through eco-bazaars and flagship Echo Store outlets.I am currently open to partner in re-launching this. Technology transfer is a possibility.

I led and professionalized the field sales operations for EASYHOMES, Inc. This involved forming the sales team, establishing systems and processes as well as preparing sales proposals for all sales leads. Key highlights include closing the first landmark Easywall project for the Tarlac – Pangasinan – La Union Expressway. This was immediately followed up by a closed contract for the SLEX – Daang Hari Expressway Another key contribution is leading the first off-Luzon project for EASYHOMES. This was for the Cebu Light Industrial Park in Mactan Island, Cebu. Aside from work for EASYHOMES, I also co-managed the contract sales for pallet rentals for sister company Trans-Asia Wood, Inc. This involved coordinating and serving the storage and handling needs of various companies across different industries

Key projects during this stint include firming up and implementing the trade marketing strategy for the Ensure commercialization project. This allowed for wider distribution and highlighted merchandising of Ensure products across various trade channels. Another key project was the first nationwide merchandising highlight of Gain School Advance for the general trade channel. it involved coordinating with the various sales distributors that cater to smaller groceries and market stalls across the archipelago. I also served as an active planning member of the ad hoc team that formed the first in-house general trade sales distribution management team. This involved working very closely with the sales director for sales and market information relevant to the task. I also played part in the short-listing and final selection of the new distributors of Abbott Nutritional products for the general trade channel. My final contribution prior to moving forward was spearheading the sales data consolidation project. This was to provide crucial information for sales, inventory and regional report planning. The task involved consolidating actual POS and offtake data across all sales channels and and data formats.
