Ethan frequently worked alongside me in my role and impressed me every time. He is only satisfied with doing the absolute best he can, always offering strong ideas and helpful insights. He navigates various internal priorities and needs with skill and sensitivity, knowing when to challenge, when to adapt his style and when to invite collaboration. Despite being under a large amount of pressure, he always remained calm and focused on getting the best outcome, one of those impossible to rattle people! I really appreciate his enthusiasm for learning new things, his reliably strong design work and pragmatic attitude. I noticed huge improvements in Tempos marketing output during his time with us. I would recommend Ethan to anyone, he’ll be missed but I’m excited to see where his journey takes him!
