I had the pleasure of working with Ethan for over 4 years at 321 Launch as the Director of the majority of our projects together. I found Ethan to be a reliable Editor with an extensive skill set who always brought solutions to the challenges we faced every day. As an Editor, he has a great eye for commercial projects and is a capable team manager, often performing at a high level while juggling an edit and interacting with other departments down the pipeline. As a Compositor, Ethan can take Creative Direction while also adding his own constructive suggestions to the mix, and is always up to the task of tackling tough challenges. He is a great asset to have in an edit suite, whether it be a client session, a crunch before a deadline, or if you just need to have intricate discussions about Marvel movies or The NY Rangers. Served as a Lead Editor on many projects.Responsible for working with both digital artwork and 3D renders from animators to create commercials for all manner of clients and products. Fulfilled any and all tasks required to complete projects under extremely short deadlines. Tasks often included working in Photoshop for the retouching or creation of elements needed, Adobe AfterEffects for composting, 2D animation, motion graphics, color correction or advanced titling work; and Final Cut for creating the finished edit, incorporating visuals and audio most often of my own creation. Cooperatively worked remotely as well as face to face with clients in order to ensure that all comments and critiques were addressed before shipping deadlines.
