      Learned about the Co-operative business model, how electrical utilities work, and the role of IT in such a company. I was exposed to how a company looks at Incident Response and Disaster Recovery, as well as how important cybersecurity and accessibility is, even when balancing the two is difficult. I aided and/or shadowed different members of the IT team as they maintained, expanded, and upgraded their systems and network. I also successfully completed a project that involved migrating files from a on premise server to the company's SharePoint site, as well as create forms to be posted to SharePoint lists to streamline the associate business processes.
